but to clarify.... saying a player is better than my players isn't a very strong argument for that players value.

I need to see more from some owners in this league. We shouldn't have to put out OTB's like Swamie's in order get deals done. We got 4-5 owners that don't engage at all, and about 4-5 more that need stats and rankings thrown in their face in order to understand their perceived value. No wonder we are losing a good owner like Giraffe after this year.
And to be clear, I don't want to replace anyone. I want the weak links to get better. Try harder. Give a goddamn frick.
