I find it easier to set my lineup at the beginning of the week for all 7 days and then just make tweaks as necessary (PPDs, out of lineup, bad matchup, etc). That way you dont miss having a stud in there if you are too swamped to check mlb lineups each afternoon.

IMO you're being punished enough already by the ERA and WHIP in that scenario.
