I got killed in ABs. And my hitting has been horrible. I'm expecting that to change as we move forward. Plus I'm rolling with Alex Avila and Logan Forsythe in my lineup every day.

It should roll over at midnight CST.
That's when our waivers roll over at least... I don't see a specific setting for when moves count toward which week, but it should be the same.

Once the standings updated and the matchups changed I assumed the next week started
You used to be able to see how many moves you used out of 6 under team info i believe but not seeing it

If you click on Team > Team Info it will show everyone's moves remaining.

Might have been because there were no limits on add drops in the settings because of how fricked up everything was. I changed that setting to 6 this morning.
