Broxton to minors since he has options. Because of those options, he’s said to have drawn more interests than Santana.
If I’m Sterns I’d rather get a better return for Santana than what I’d probably get for Broxton too. More flexibility defensively and cheaper as well.

We'll see how it plays out, but I have high hopes now that he's out of COL.
And by that I mean hopes of him being an above average starter, not a CY contender or anything crazy.
