Foles or Rivers? And what are my chances of winning?

Bad weather in philly got me scared. Plus the injury Foles is said to have on his hand.
Rivers has a better matchup and better weather.
Who do I start?

I just looked at the weather and it's just some rain showers with 10mph winds. I'm rolling with Foles.

Philadelphia Eagles QB Nick Foles (hand) had a large abrasion on the back of his right hand Wednesday, Dec. 18, but told reporters he was fine.
Foles has become a top-tier starting QB for fantasy purposes. Continue to roll with him.

Doesnt seem like an issue but foles and rivers are so close in this weeks projections it may be a tie breaker for someone considering rivers
