I'm cutting now. Weighed 215 which is big for my height (5'9)

I want to get to 185 but nothing smaller than that. Right now I'm at 205. I think I can get there in about 4 weeks. I've been going 2 a days and I also coach football in this hot-arse heat.

Marle, you still cross-fitting bro? My brother in law just opened a gym but I'm kind of loyal to my gym owner.

I'm at 5'10.5" 178#. Been pretty lazy from the wedding up until about a month ago. Trying to slowly get stronger but not too fast. Don't want to compromise range of motion...
