Bold are topics that need a poll made in sleeper for vote. Let me know what/if needs to be added or any concerns you have.

TANKING -- Tanking/Not Setting Lineups - If a team is intentionally tanking by starting injured or bye week players, said team will be removed from the league. Commish reserves the right to edit a deadbeat owners lineup in the case of a bye or injured player in a starting position. EDIT: an exception can be made in the case that a team is forced to leave an empty slot in the case of extreme bye week or injury hell. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis and should be an extreme situation.

IR -- Once player comes off the IR, they must be moved to active roster. EDIT: A team will be unable to add players or make trades while a healthy player is in IR. (TBD: number of IR spots)

DRAFT -- Draft - the inaugural slow draft will be a 25 round snake draft. (TBD: Picks will be allowed to be traded.) In subsequent years at a date to after the end of the season to be announced on TD and the Sleeper App there will be a (TBD: 3 or 4) rookie and free agent slow draft. Teams will have to cut down to make room for players for the draft. Cut down players will not be eligible for draft and will be subject to waivers at the conclusion of the draft. Draft order will be determined by (TBD: lottery or inverse of potential points) non playoff teams and inverse of tournament standings for playoff teams.

DRAFT PICK TRADING – (TBD: Likely only 1 year into the future. If more then deposit on 2nd year will need to be made. Vote here is for/against another $100 payment for next year in advance)

TRADES -- Trades will not be vetoed unless obvious collusion is obvious. They will be pushed right through once executed. In the event of suspected collusion, commish will rule with input from the league. I don’t anticipate this being an issue.

INSERT WAIVER RULES HERE – (TBD: I imagine this is just FAAB, but we can discuss)

PLAYOFFS – The playoff tournament will be H2H. (TBD: We can vote on this, but I Imagine the lead will be 6 teams in playoffs with top 2 having byes)

PAYOUT – 1st Place: $800; 2nd Place: $300; 3rd Place: $100
(TBD: This was the suggestion that seemed to get the most traction when discussed earlier. Can probably just do a simple yea/nay vote. Only other suggestion I can think of is if we want to do either weekly bonuses for top scorers or give the regular season 1st place team a payout)

Collusion: It shouldn’t need to be said, but if there is suspicion of collusion then there will be a league discussion, and if suspicions are substantiated then the offending parties get the immediate boot.

Fair concern, but probably rare occurrence. Still it can be included in the language. I think it's appropriate.

Fair point about IR as well.

Votes should be made in polls on sleeper for better organization. I'm just hoping someone else will put it together based off of open areas since I put the constitution together.
