ESPN delete old league and remove name old league

I’ve read how to do when LM and not LM. Issue is when commish, LM tools, delete option doesn’t show up. It’s only a reactivate league option. I’m guessing I have to reactivate, then try delete league.
My hesitation is if I reactivate old league and then it still doesn’t let me delete. Has anyone else done this ?

Also trying to remove myself from old leagues that I’m not LM. Only option I get is email LM. Is there a way to remove myself without depending on LM?

Google says you have to reactivate to delete.
If you go to Settings-->Order Games/Teams List, you can at least hide your older teams. Not sure how to remove completely.
