ESPN - 3 way H2H tiebreaker question

Here's the situation. I'm in a 3 way tie for the 2nd seed (and 1st round bye) all at 9-4. League setting is for H2H.
Team A: 9-4 - 2096 pts
Team B: 9-4 - 1996 pts
Team C: 9-4 - 2052 pts
Team A lost twice to Team B, beat Team C once (1-2)
Team B beat Team A twice, beat Team C once (3-0)
Team C lost to Teams A & B once each (0-2)
I'm Team A, so I'm benefiting from this scenario, so I don't want to make a fuss about it in the league. But I don't see how I came out on top in the 3 way tie breaker when one team went 3-0 vs my team and the other team involved in the tie.
So how did I end up winning with H2H as the tie breaker?
Team A: 9-4 - 2096 pts
Team B: 9-4 - 1996 pts
Team C: 9-4 - 2052 pts

Is there a default setting to go with most points in case of a 3 way tie. Then, once it is whittled down to 2 teams, they go with H2H? Only logical explanation I can think of.

If that's the case, then shouldn't team B and C be swapped? Team C outscored Team B, but Team B is the 3 seed and Team C got the 4 seed?
ETA: Nevermind. I think I see how it works then. Going to the next tiebreaker as total points whittles it down to a 2 way tie, then H2H breaks the 2 way tie.
ETA2: Same 3 teams were tied before this last week's games and all 3 of us won the last game. I was 4th last week but jumped to 2nd. But I also was behind on total points to Team C before this week, then jumped ahead. So the total points tiebreaker between 3 of us coming into play, then H2H between Teams B and C once it was whittled down to 2 teams makes sense now.
