Drop Garcon or Maclin for Hartline or A.Roberts?

Would anyone do this? I'm in a league with a very shallow bench. I have S.Smith, Lloyd, Maclin, Garcon currently at WR. I know maclin and garcon are the better WR's but their injuries are killing me right now.

PPR?
if you just HAVE to make a move I'd lean maclin just because he's such an inconsistent headache, I assumed he was inactive lastnight and then finally made a brief appearance in the 4th.
once garcon gets healthy he's the unquestioned #1 in a pretty good offense that will have to throw a lot because their D is so terrible

it's a non ppr. I think I might just have to stay put.
