Drop AJ Green or Marquise Brown?

1/2 PPR. Have to drop one to be able to pick up on waivers tonight. My head says drop Green and that he's not going to be useful this year. My heart says he will play and if I drop him after all this time he will come back to beat me in the playoffs.

I have to pick up a QB and gonna try to get Brian Hill. I have Green in my IR slot and he's not listed as out so I can't make any moves with him there. We have a 5 active WR limit, so I have to drop one of those two to do anything. My other WRs are Kupp, Chark, DJ Moore and Golden Tate. Obviously not dropping any of those guys.
Normally I would just wait for the team to make a decision on Green and if he's out just pick up a QB then. But, I need Hill this week to replace Aaron Jones.

I'd drop Brown, he has just been alright this season and probably won't start for you.
If AJ plays he has a chance to start for you.
