It's legal in Louisiana now. Just download the app and sign up. You have to verify your identity to play. It's gonna ask you to scan both sides of your license. For some reason mine didn't go through and they're having to verify and my account is restricted for now. Supposedly should take 24-48 hours. So. I would suggest doing it ASAP if you wanna play this weekend.

Depends on what Parish you live in. Some Parishes voted against it. I remember Avoyelles being one of them.
