0 PA: 10 points
1-6 PA: 7 points
7-13 PA: 4 points
14-17 PA: 1 point
..and keep the other - points for giving up too many points.

I don't care about defensive scoring either way. I'll be the swing vote if needed. Just don't want to change a scoring setting without a league vote.
