Watson has the better matchup but hasn't looked as good as Prescott recently. Who would you guys start?

I think Watson is the safer start. He has not looked as good as Dak the past few weeks, but he has played tougher defenses. Last 3 games in my league (6TDs, -2INTs)
Watson:
Ten - 33 (8th ranked)
Cle - 17 (14th)
Ind - 19.5 (13th)
Dak:
Was - 30.8 (22nd)
NO - 15.2 (29th)
Phi - 30.2 (21st)
I would throw the NOLA game as their game plan was to run out the clock from the 1st snap. Watson is facing the 17th ranked defense for QBs, Dak is facing the 13th. Both on the road and Dak has the tougher defense for QBs. I'm also expecting a down game for Cooper; no reason just a hunch.
