Cobb out. I need WR advice.

Standard scoring. Non ppr.
My only playable WR is Decker. I lost Cobb for six to eight weeks. Colston is on a bye. I have Harvin who still can't play.
The best options on my waiver wire for a 1 week plug in are
Jerome Simpson
Robert Woods
Harry Douglas
Simpson is going against the most porous defense of the 3 in the Giants. Woods and Douglas should get a lot of attention with their #1 receivers banged up. Who should I grab? Or is there someone else I should consider who might still be on a ww?
