Choose (2) of (4) RBs, if I win I'm in

Gotta make the right calls this week at RB, as a win backdoors me into the playoffs at 7-6
RB choices are:
Phil Lindsay v. Bengals
Mark Ingram v. Cowboys
L. McCoy v. Dolphins
Josh Adams v. Redskins
I feel like Lindsay gets the nod, leaning towards Adams as well but it's tough to sit Ingram and McCoy could easily get 20+ touches
What say ye?

Lindsay is a must.
McCoy has a great matchup against that Dolphins run defense.
Could see this being an Ingram game.
Adams has looked good. Leads the league in ypc I believe.
