Burning Number 1 Waiver on Perine....need advice

Been holding this waiver all yr long. I'm 1st in my league with a guaranteed 1st round bye. Of course just lost Zeke and he won't be back until week 16 b/c he was dicking around all yr long with this shite.
Point is, I have the no. 1 waiver in my league. Should I burn it on Perine being that he looks to be the starter the rest of the way with an easy schedule? He hasn't looked all that good in the games he's started to be honest. Or should I just wait.
Other backs are LeVeon, Billal Powell and CJ Anderson. So I had Zeke and Bell carry me to a 9-1 record, this would be in my flex when Zeke comes back but mostly my rb2/flex while Zeke is out
Scoring is .5pt per carry and .5pt ppr

Who else is available on your wire? Perine doesn't strike me as someone I'd use the #1 on unless Thompson was out also

I don't understand how y'all hold on to your waiver spots like this. I'm always all over waivers and never even concern myself with what position I'm in.

Thanks fellas, I didn't hold onto the waiver on purpose, I mean I had Zeke, L Bell, and 2 good wrs and Doyle and ASJ as my tight ends with Brady and Wentz at qb. Also handcuffed w Alfred Morris and McFadden
I just moved Wentz n CJ for Ingram so I'll be starting
Brady, L Bell and Ingram and if I make the title game I'll have Zeke back and put Ingram in my flex
