Curious myself. I guess it can be technically done any time now, but there's no rush.
Edit: just thinking some more, maybe it makes sense to do the drawing the week before the super bowl or so, and then open trading back up after the super bowl. Then I guess do the draft some time in June again?

Topic for next season- how do we feel about overt tanking? I'm pretty sure we had people who weren't even filling out their starting lineup the last few weeks. Obviously not as big a concern with top/bottom leagues as opposed to H2H...

From the league homepage:
LOTTERY
-- Lottery - each of the 7 non playoff teams will be entered into a lottery based upon their finish in the regular season. 14th place will receive 10 ping pong balls, 13th will receive 9, 12th will receive 8 and so forth. This will determine the first 7 picks in the rookie draft. Subsequent picks will be decided on regular season finish of the playoff teams - 7th place will assume the 8th pick overall, 6th will assume the 9th pick and so on.
-- Rookie draft will set up as a traditional draft, meaning not a snake. If you have pick 1.1, you will have pick 2.1, 3.1, 4.1 etc.

Tbh i didn’t really check lineups. Were injured players or bye week guys being started? Or did anyone bench studs in favor of lesser players?
