In 6 feet of snow? Yes. But they are likely moving the game.

Partly cloudy and windy. A few flurries or snow showers possible. High 27F. Winds W at 20 to 30 mph.

Wind looks to be the issue. If you have a good alternative I would sit Allen.

I think you might be looking at only the Sunday forecast. However, between Thursday and Sunday Buffalo could get 4 to 6 feet of snow. Hard to get that much snow off the field.

I dont have Allen, but I do have Chubb. While it makes me nervous (I really need a W), I remember McCoy having a great game in the snow several years back. Best to just temper expectations and stick with your players, Allen could be an even bigger part of their run game.
