A Little advice to win my League

I'm in a standard ESPN League.
at RB I am starting:
A. Foster
D. Martin
at WR I am starting:
J. Jones (Atl)
D. Thomas
P. Garson (RG3 is my QB)
at Flex I am trying to decide if I shoudl start Trent Richardson or Danny Amendola or if I should replace one of the WR with Amendola and play both.
Also, at TE should I play Gresham or Finley? The other team has Rogers going at QB.
