Draft strategy advice for 9th pick. Should be able to come out of round two with a WR1 and RB1.
Knowing there will be good receivers to choose from in 4-7, should I go with a top TE and QB 3rd and 4th?
Or take another RB and WR and push TE.

Previous years I would have said take TE1.
There are 5 or 6 really good TE options this year. I would wait on TE. Especially if yahoo. Saints dude has TE eligibility. Grab him as a great backup in late round

You have to play the board and just take the better value when it comes down to it. I feel like I'd wait on QB in a 10 team PPR league. It could somewhat depend on QB scoring in your league though, do you get 4 or 6 points per TD?

There’s no telling what’s going to happen. You have to stay water and go with what’s available.
My draft last night was a 12 team where I was picking 10th. The plan was AJ Brown or Garrett Wilson in the 1st and JT (long shot), Kyren or Etienne in the 2nd.
Well, I got brown at 1.10. But JT went 1.07, Kyren went 2.01 and Etienne went 2.02. Garrett Wilson was somehow still on the board so I went with him at 2.03.
It changed my entire strategy as I then had to reach for RB or go true zero RB. I ended up taking Mixon at 3.10 because there was a major run on RBs and he was the last available before a major tier break, which is something I hadn’t planned on doing at all.
ETA: All of that to say it’s great to have a plan, and it may even work. More than likely though, it’s going to go to complete shite when guys start making picks that don’t vibe with ADP.
