Remember, these are my personal rankings and will change the closer we get to the season.
This is for PPR only.
If anyone wants the excel spreadsheet, just leave your email address in this thread and i'll send it out so you can adjust it to your liking.
Let me know if anyone sees issues with teams or byes, stuff like that. RB metric used strength of schedule, Oline rank, Yards before contact created by the oline, percentage of runs by team, and number of snaps per game. Some were weighted more important than others. WR metrics works sort of the same way just uses different analytics.

**Second Tab on the first link is draft value by position tiers**

**3rd , 4th and 5th tabs....It's a draft engine based on draft value, projections, scarcity at the position, etc...I'll keep messing with it, but it basically gives you a recommendation based on the factors i listed and who should be available when your pick comes back around.**

How are people listed within each tier grouping?
For example your RBs in tier one, they are not just listed in ADP order. See Jonathan Taylor ADP 8 listed above James Cook ADP 5. Should I read anything into that?

Thats just my order of ranking. I'm basically saying i would take Taylor ahead of Cook. In some instances my rank is higher or lower than the ADP. For instance, I have Mike Evans ranked way ahead of his ADP. I personally think he has a good year, so i'm willing to take the risk and draft him ahead of others with a lower ADP. Flip side is someone like Makai Lemon, i think him being mainly a slot guy in college and the fact that Hurts does not like to throw in the middle of the field will hurt his value, so ranked him lower than his ADP.

Of course the closer we get, the more they will change

I might have missed it, but who is ADP 12? I don’t see that on the list.

Thanks as always

I'd like to know more about your thoughts on Kenneth Walker vs. Kyren Williams, since I'll likely have to pick between them to keep one.

On the main sheet you've got KW listed higher than Kyren (and KW has a much better ADP), but on the tier sheet you've got Kyren way higher and a full 2 tiers better than KW.

I'm still working through the tier sheet, with added point projections for this year and scarcity value. So right now the position tiers is not accounting for this years projected numbers, but are based on historical data from last year along with this years oline ranks, strength of schedule, new OCs, etc...
Hoping to have the point projections for this year done today so it can be added to the position tiers.

The main sheet is also still a work in progress.

The thing with Walker in PPR is that Mahomes doesn't like to check down much and instead likes to scramble and extend the play, but looks downfield when he does. Although this year because of last years injury that could change. Walker is the bell cow, no Charbonnet to screw him so he should see plenty of carries in a new run scheme.
Williams is a little worrisome to me, simply due to Corum and his carriers towards the end of last year. As effective as Williams has been, he could lose some touches to Corum. McVay already commented on Corum, but could just be coaches talk this early in the year. This whole situation is more of a wait and see what happens in camp type of thing.

I have put together another workbook that is pretty big. It gives draft advice on which player to pick next based on numerous things, like consistency, top 12, projected points, historical data, value remaining, position scarcity, etc... Ran a few trials on it and it seems to work, but I ran out of time to refine it. I may post it at some point next week
