Yes, it's always reduced in short weeks.
Most teams will be hard pressed to get even 32. No games on Monday or Thursday and only 2 on Tuesday.

RMCC16- to add your rookie picks, go to LM Tools > Roster Moves > add players.
None- is it $100 or $150? I’ve seen both numbers thrown out there.
I don’t see any reason to mess with the ESPN default amount of games for the week, I think it will create unnecessary work and confusion

Nah you're not overlooking the LM tools, I just double-checked and I had to manually add them to you. It should work now for you.
