June 1, 2009, is about when McGehee became a full-time starter. From that date through the entire 2010 season, only Alex Rodriguez has more RBIs among third basemen. McGehee hit .293 over that time, is sixth in homers and ninth in runs. Here are his totals from that date: 927 at-bats, 123 runs, 39 home runs, 167 RBIs, .293 average. Here's Evan Longoria over that same time frame: 959 at-bats, 158 runs, 42 home runs, 162 RBIs, .279 average. Just saying.

These numbers tell me that hitting behind Braun and Fielder is the tits.
It also tells me that Milwaukee's lineup after McGehee sucks shite.

mcegehee dropped a little this past year. when he first started he went the frick off. that is what they were saying, he compares to longoria, but that didnt mean they think they would draft him way high. just some interesting numbers.

Yeah, and then I traded a slumping Carlos Quentin in exchange for him. What happens? Quentin immediately hits the BEAST MODE button, and McGehee stops producing.

Are you still whining about Quentin?

Brandon Morrow started out in suck mode last season, being that it was his first time in his career to start on a regular basis. Here is what he did in his final 16 starts. He sucked out loud in his first 10.
3.36 ERA, 1.21 WHIP, 11 QS, 113 K in 96.1 IP
In the AL East, that is pretty damn solid.
