What's the deal with Uncounted votes?

primarily in Michigan. Doesn't look like they've counted votes all day. Haven't been watching on TV, just following online. But some of the states that hadn't counted votes at the end of last night don't look like they've reported any new numbers all day today

When the numbers are impossible to overcome by the remaining uncounted votes, most States quit tabulating.
Absentee ballots, in particular; which contain many Military Votes, mainly Conservative, aren't often counted.
