Get all the facts out, but probably without punishment/prosecution. Let the people see exactly what they did, and then let them fade off into obscurity.

AMEN. The Law of the Land is the great equalizer in our society. When we exempt certain citizens from the rule of law, we create a new subset in our country. Everyone has to be equal or this country doesn't work.
