I know there have been threads on here about pairing or bridging netgear routers together to make a WiFi network or a mesh type symptoms
I couldn’t find the thread but looking to see if that was possible with this specific router.

you have to have the main one setup as the router and then you need to set other up in bridge mode...which you'll need to do by logging into the device(s)' web gui...

I've done it, and it's not really that hard. I didn't take me 2 or 3 tries to get it right. One thing I have found doing this is if the primary router goes offline for a moment and the bridge is still active), any smart home devices (switches/bulbs/etc) I have start connecting to the bridge router. They then start showing up unavailable (for reasons I've never been able to discern.) My simple solution is to simply cycle the both routers in sequence (primary, then bridge) and that seems to get everything back in working order.
