Playing OL - LH vs RH QB

I was watching film of this big OL tackle recruit and noticed he played right tackle since his QB is left handed. Their left tackle was half his size. It got me thinking, with our potential 2nd string QB being a lefty, how much does that affect who plays which position on the line? Would you move people around or just keep the same assignments?

Blindside tackles arguable need the most talent. You don't want your qb getting obliterated on his blind side, he can get really hurt like floppy (F franks) who was hit by a block pushed past the pocket.
Our best tackle will be left tackle.
Our best tackle will be left tackle.

Say Brennan gets hit and has to come out for a few plays and the lefty QB comes in. Do you switch your tackles?

Interesting question.
As far as I know, there are no left handed QB's currently in the NFL.
The last player to throw a TD pass left handed is Dez Bryant.
The last QB is Kellen Moore.
Of course that trend will likely change with Tua.

Tua isn’t likely to start yet but he would be the logical next QB to do it. I’m curious when he got hurt if Bama shifted their OL around.
