Thinking about just getting all the channels with Spectrum because having different subscriptions now really makes no sense.

But my ability to pull up YouTubeTV on my phone is really nice. Any experience here?

Just downloaded the app (Dallas spectrum user here).

Looks like you can stream live tv (250 channels) when connected to your own WiFi and live tv (150 channels) when connected to other WiFi or data

Not sure what the channels are and not sure about any other capabilities (DVR for example) but I’m sure their website gives a breakdown somewhere

What are you supplementing YTV with? Whet channels are you wanting? How much is the package with Spectrum?

Questions:

Are set top boxes required at home to be able to watch and record and if so how much a month for each?

Are there DVR fees?

What channels do you lose when away from your home wifi?

How much is the unsubsidized cost after 12 months?

What are the dreaded fees and taxes?

Is 100 mbps or 200 mbps service included in the package?

Is the app available for FireTV, AppleTV, nVidea Shield, or Roku?

I have YTV and FuboTV.

I’m a sport junkie and I wanted BienTV, Redzone, GolTV, Stadium and the PAC12 networks that Fubo provides.

If YTV came out with a comprehensive sports add on I’d be all in.

Putting my answers in all caps (sorry if annoying but i didn't see a better way to answer). You'll probably need to do more research on your own. I haven't really looked at my bill since I set it up 2 years ago.

FOR AT HOME VIEWING? YES. NOT SURE ON PRICE BUT I THINK MAYBE $5/BOX. I RECALL THAT I GET ONE FOR FREE OR SOMETHING AND THEN PAY FOR THE ADDITIONAL.

Are there DVR fees?
YES. AN ADDITIONAL $5/DVR I THINK.

What channels do you lose when away from your home wifi?

I DON'T KNOW. I DIDN'T DO AN ANALYSIS OF THE 100 MISSING CHANNELS.

How much is the unsubsidized cost after 12 months?

WHAT IS THIS?

What are the dreaded fees and taxes?

I DON'T KNOW

I GET THEIR TOP SPEED, WHICH IS 200MBPS DOWN AND I HAVE SEEN MY SET-UP HIT 250.

Is the app available for FireTV, AppleTV, nVidea Shield, or Roku?

I ONLY HAVE FIRETV AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT IS AVAILABLE ON FIRETV.

I get all the Spectrum channels with a Roku TV - I have Spectrum WiFi with two Spectrum boxes in living room and bedroom and get Spectrum (and many other services) wirelessly with the Roku TV on my back patio.

After 12 months they're going to charge you the "regular" rate. It says so right in the fine print. The rate you get initially is a teaser rate to get you as a customer.
