Question about consoles after ps4 and xboxone

if i give my 360 to a friend, is there any way i can leave it, so he has access to everything i bought and played?
can i changes my gamertag, or create a new one, so he can take that username and use everything on the hard drive and on disk? since 360 games wont go to next gen, you really do not those games and stuff

No. Unless you created an entirely new gamer tag for yourself and left the old one to him.

looks like you get 1 free gametag change
then you have to purchase gametags or pay 800msp for changing it.
since were going brand new on xbone, no reason to keep that username on that console, i'll put one he wants, then on november 27th, it's his and gamertag already built
