Got a pork shoulder question

Im smoking two of these bad boys on the BGE for tommorow. I got a 6 lb'er and a 5 lb'er. In your opinion how long will it take to reach 190 at 250 degrees. I was thinking about 12 hours

doing two at a time eliminates me, BUT my gut is about 10-12 @ 220. also, check ur 190, u may like em better at say 170. good luck

12 hours is about right. May finish in 10, but I'd always plan on them taking longer than you think. If they finish early you can let them rest in an ice chest or warm oven. If doing pulled pork definitely get them up to 190.

Cooked countless shoulders on my egg. You should def be good somewhere between 10-12 hours to 190. Every piece of meat is different so i would make sure to monitor temp in both
