I'd say we are the #1 job currently. Crazy talent, a passionate fan base, a great ball park (that will sell out a lot), and $$$$$$$$$$$

With the amount of talent or lack thereof instate, lack of private school work-arounds for scholarships, and slightly behind on facilities, its probably not the top job, but its close.

We even have guys wanting to come out of retirement for this job. Unfortunately, that is the problem. We have so, so many good candidates that it’s impossible for everyone to agree on one. This is gonna be a really tough search.
