2021 baseball schedule

i know the sec announced that theyll keep the same 2020 format, just curious if there is a target date for an actual schedule/opening day. Im JONESING for some tiger basbeall.

And four weeks later, March 19 for start of SEC schedule. Remember, LSU's team was on the bus to head to Oxfart for opening SEC series last year when the world fell apart.

The Cadet team is having some difficulty getting approval to travel to Baton Rouge right now due to the 'rona. There's a chance that series will have a substitute third team playing instead of Army.

From the other thread on this, Louisiana Tech is expected to replace Army.
I also was told last night that we will play Tennessee in the second conference weekend. The SEC coaches just got the full SEC schedule yesterday. We should see it from the league probably next week. Maybe today if we're lucky.

My information about Army's reluctance to fly to Baton Rouge is about 10 days old. I knew La. Tech was the backup plan if Army stood down but I had not heard it had progressed further than that.

God I’m so ready for baseball to start. I can’t wait to see what impact Eddie Smith has been able to have on these guys over the last 12 months and I have a want to see Milazzo pick someone off at second again.
