Stingley and ricks are proven studs but man we might have ourselves a playmaker in Ward in the slot. He’s athletic, long and has a nose for the football and outside of the Mississippi state game when he’s playing hurt he has had consistently tight coverage all year. With another offseason, I think we have another star in Ward imo he’s a huge upgrade over flott at nickel due to superior athleticism and better ball skills. Stingley, ricks and Ward is a formidable trio.

Not meaning to derail your thread but just wanted to say how great I thought the kid that came in for Flott in the fl game was. Very physical corner and going to be a great one. Congrats on finding that kid.

Ward's growth has been one of my favorite things to watch this season.

Stingley is a quitter just like chase and Marshall. Dude is all about himself. I’d rather have a kid out there who WANTS to be a part of the team and program. Very disappointed in him.

This maybe slightly off topic regarding the combo of Stingley, Ricks, and Ward, but what happened to Raydarious Jones?
I thought he would be at least a back up but we played that Evans kid at CB yesterday and I don’t remember seeing him in a long time.

Only concerning thing with mcglothern is his lack of long speed he’s a bit of a limited athlete but still a pretty good player reminds me of Jalen mills
