What I mean is we control our own destiny at the moment. Of course it would be nice if they lost but not necessary if we win out.

Wrong, the Saints control their own destiny, not the Packers. Also, if a three way tie scenario comes into play and the Saints only other loss is KC, the Saints would be in excellent position for the one seed.

Did you even read my post? I said if we lose just one game and they win out they get the one seed, and yes a three way tie also comes into play, but I'm focusing on a tie with the Packers and no one else.

Yep. Covid might trigger 8 teams from each conference for this season only.
