LLC formation in Alabama vs Louisiana

I’m thinking about forming a LLC for my condo rentals at Orange Beach. I live in Louisiana, but guess I have the option of registering in either Louisiana or Alabama. I am a joint member with others of a LLC for real estate properties in Texas already. Texas is really easy due to the lack of a state income tax return and high amount set before taxes have to be paid. (don’t know exact value, but income has to be like $1M or something)

I know several of you on here have rental condos in Alabama. Did you form a LLC? If so, where is it registered and why?
