Roux61 does a great job on fried catfish. I haven’t tried their poboys, but their fried catfish platter is always good. Crispy, not greasy or soggy, and well seasoned. Have had their poboy bread served with grilled oysters and it’s always right, so I’m recommending them.

Had a Jed's shrimp poboy today. It was good. Not stingy on skrimps.
