Documentaries on the history of “working out”

Are there any good documentaries out there about the history of weightlifting/exercise/working out/body building? Or does anyone here know much about the subject? Everything I have ever seen dates back to late 1800s at the earliest. I can’t imagine that before that there weren’t dudes trying build muscle.

If you go on Rogue's YouTube channel they have a few short films about the first Strongmen. They performed feats of strength for crowds. Sandow is probably the best known, but they have films on several others as well. The films they have about stone lifting in Europe is also very good.

Bro, ever heard of Ancient Greece, Ancient Rome?
The ancient Greeks banned slaves from attending the “gymnasion“ in part because it was a place where you trained for war. Part of that training was lifting “Halteres”, which are the equivalent of our dumbbells.
