16 man full PPR league and I have essentially zero running backs. Peyton Barber, Sony Michel, Duke Johnson and Fournette.

On the flip I have Kelce, Hunter Henry and now Drew Sample at TE

He’s proposing Gurley for Kelce. What y’all think? I tried to counter with Henry and he said nah.

Get a better RB if you’re trading kelce

Or find a lesser RB and trade Henry

That’s what I’m trying to hold out for (a better RB) and keep Henry. The challenge is out of the 16 teams really only 5-6 are decently active outside of setting their lineups, which makes trading a huge pain in the arse. There are 3 teams I’ve identified in the league that could easily deal me a much better RB than Gurley that also need TE help, I’m just going to have to track them down.

Make him give up more than Gurley for Kelce, should be a 2-1 deal for u or Henry for Gurley is more fair

You need a RB for sure. Gurley is not enough for Kelce and Henry is probably too cheap for Gurley.

I would try to see if you can get a buy low guy right now as a RB. Maybe Henry for Swift or Kelce for Mixon/Taylor type of deal.

If you have an IR spot get Damien Harris (If available) and hope for the upside return.
