It means that man has no freaking control what so ever over climate and weather. It means the DEMOCRATS are trying scare us into voting for them because THEY you see yes THEY can make it cooler for you when it's too hot and warmer for you if it's too cold. And yes idiots will actually believe them. It means he is pointing out it's unusually very cold in Europe right now which f&%ks up the DEMOCRATS false narrative about we are all going to die unless we vote for them. He is pointing out the left is trying to convince us to give up our cars, give up our boats and ATV's, stop beathing out CO2, let them tell us where we can set our thermostats, put the UN over our rights and tax the living shite out of us with a carbon tax and this will save us from our pathetic selves.
