Cozy Midcentury ranch on a safe quiet street in the middle of the city with a massive backyard (1/3 acre lot). Super convenient traffic wise, but not really walking distance to any bars, restaurants, or retail. House is in good shape, livable, but very dated. Needs new floors, new kitchen, remove popcorn ceiling, and some renovations in the bathrooms couldn’t hurt either. Backyard is gorgeous. I spend a lot of time on the covered patio back there. I’m just not sure I can afford to buy right now.
