4 year old told me he has bo-bo on his head, so I assumed he bumped it on something while playing... Took a closer look and found 3 bumps, all about a dime in diameter on the crown and back of his head which he says hurts to the touch. Snapped a pic of one, anyone know what this could be? Plan to make an appointment with his pediatrician on Monday

Cyst? I’ve had them on my head before. They don’t really hurt though, more of an annoyance.

Don't guess he knocked it on the headboard of his bed/crib? My 19-month-old puts himself to sleep in his crib by playing and flopping around. Ended up at UrgentCare facility week before last, because he dislocated his elbow trying to do a headstand or something in there.

My kid has something like that...can't remember what they called it. Hair will eventually start falling out in that location. We had to put some cream on it and it cleared up pretty fast.

Probably tinea capitis which is fungal.

Probably a fungus of some sort. Same as cradle cap in a baby. My 5 year old gets it sometimes. Put athletes foot - jock itch cream (lotrimin) on it. Should clear up in a couple of days.
