Does that dude get his arrest expunged now that Trump made the "Church" announcement yesterday? i bet he would have loved for Trump to have said that a month ago.

Well his arrest was for trying to run over someone with a bus so...I doubt it.

Trumps declaration that Churches are essential carries no legal weight to the states.
And as someone else pointed out, the pastor was arrested for aggravated assault, not violating the state EO.
