The left hand doesn’t have to know what the right hand is doing. Cameraman was engaging in the felony of false/unlawful imprisonment. The Georgia law states that if anyone dies in the commission of a felony—REGARDLESS OF INTENT—the parties in the commission of said felonies are guilty of murder.
