I have a Marantz receiver that I absolutely love - except for the tuner. I have tried several antennas but the reception is very weak - AM and FM. I have a Bose radio in the same area and it works fine with no visible antenna.

Any/all help appreciated - TIA.

Using this in my attic. Pointed towards Baton Rouge. Helps the FM Stations tremendously. $30. (Make SURE you use good cable!)

Great product and great reviews - many thanks - I should have mentioned I live on the top floor of a condo complex and need the solution to be compatible with an in-room environment.

Actually, living on the top floor really helps you, as altitude is everything. If you already have some sort of TV antenna, you might try splitting it off into the receiver. Other than that - given your height - almost any off the shelf antenna would suffice. Just make sure its cut for VHF, as the FM band lies between the (old analago) channels 6 and 7. Antenna placement will help too, as a window allowing the antenna to "See" your local transmitters will help greatly.
