Well I hate that McMaster finally caved. South Carolina had a chance to nationally lead the economic recovery that will begin when this bullshite is over.

Arkansas is not on a lockdown. There is no mandatory stay at home order, either.

Group gatherings over 10 are banned and sit down dining is banned, but there is no order to stay home and there won't be one.
