Am I wrong for wanting Julian Green to play a part still?

Just watching MNT highlights and all of his goals have been against great opposition.

He can play a part, but is he that much better than say a Brenden Aaronson?

Scored on a mishit against Belgium, Cuba, New Zealand, and France.

For the record, that was a half-arse joke. Watched the Belgium match and got emotional again, shortly after watching the highlights of Green scoring against France.

With our current depth, it's sadly not a joke to say Green can still play a part.

His goal va France was decent, although it only happened because the defender fricked up the clearance.

Jesus Ferreira seems really low at 28.

I mean, he's a kid with one January camp cap and since he's an American striker, he will be a disappointment.

It's in our DNA.

And he's a striker that often plays in the midfield.

So based on their top 11, what would the starting XI look like?

F - Morris
M - Pulisic/Adams/McKennie/Pomykal/Reyna
D - Brooks/Dest/Cannon/Miles Robinson
G - Steffen

Best striker is Altidore but way down at 17.

How about 4-3-3

Pulisic - Altidore - Reyna
McKennie - Adams - Lletget
Dest - Brooks - Miazga - Cannon
Steffen

Pomykal could replace Lletget. Morris or Weah could replace Reyna. Yedlin could replace Cannon.

If everyone is healthy right now, which will never happen...

Steffen
Dest-Long-Brooks-Robinson
Adams
McKennie-Pulisic
Reyna-Altidore-Weah

I will ejaculate if I ever see that XI on a pitch

I really struggle with whether I would prefer to see Pulisic on the wing or centrally.

We seem to have a shite ton of quality wingers coming up, which makes it a little easier to put him in the middle where he can be the focal point of the attack and interchange with the other wingers. Plus, his passing and speed on the break is so damn good.

I'm not opposed to playing him on the wing, but I'm all about getting our most talented players on the pitch at the same time and if Pulisic plays on the wing, that bumps off either Reyna or Weah (if healthy) and puts on someone at the 10 that's unproven like Holmes or Pomykal or an ok-player like Lletget.

So who are our most talented 11 and how do we get them on at the same time?
