If your ever in Houma play Ellendale, played today, course is in awesome shape, 2nd time I’ve played, been impressed both times, only downside is you have to be a guest of a member, wish they would open to public occasionally, nice track ???????

Old school and a little tight off the tee, but it’s usually in great shape and the holes are really varied and interesting. I love Ellendale.

It’s a nice course, but it doesn’t get a whole lotta love here.

Awesome golf course, my friend John Price from Tee to Green played it this week and it looks superb! He posted some awesome pictures and comments on FB. A true Louisiana Classic!

I have never played Ellendale but I hear it’s a great course. My hidden gem course is Oak Harbor in Slidell. It’s usually windy and the course makes you hit quality golf shots on alot of the holes.

What kind of condition Oak Harbor in? Used to love playing there but last few times it was in terrible shape so I never went back. It’s been a few years.

Oak Harbor is in much better shape than it was a few years back. Fairways have gotten better. Green are always in pretty good shape, I just wish they could make them faster.

It's one of my favorite layouts and it can be a real test if that wind is even blowing slightly.
