Is there a chance Trump can win one or both of these ?

Well maybe New Mexico. He lost it by 8 points, but 9 went to Gary Johnson. He can probably get a big chunk of that. Same with Colorado. So I’ll change my mind and say both can be tossups.

New Mexico is the appendix of this country. Worthless, serves no real purpose, but can cause a lot of problems when infected.

I think the Denver/Boulder area holds too much liberal vote for the rest of the state to overcome. Colorado is becoming more blue as time goes by. Only way I see The President winning is if the stoners forget where to vote.
NM is fairly Democratic but their economy has been one of the best under Trump. I know he’ll hold more rallies there.

New Mexico is a very libertarian state

If Bernie is on the ballot Trump wins CO.

Not only will the Dims win CO in the presidential race, Cory Gardner’s days are done come this November

Yep, not only because Colorado is getting deeper blue, but former governor Lickenpooper will be the Dem ticket for his seat.
Between the two, I expect to see Trump take NM but I'd be (pleasantly) shocked to see him win CO.
