I started the CFP course last year in Sept. I'm shooting for the July 2020 exam date. Using Dalton Education. It's been going well so far.... scoring mid 80s on mid and final exams. Finishing up tax this weekend. Any advice on studying tips, cram courses prior to exam will be greatly appreciated.

I’m right there with you. Same course, same classes lol. Those professors in our tax course are awful.

Do the practice exams until you’ve basically memorized the questions. When you take the exam, the questions are intended to trick you so you may be picking the “most right” answer. When you get used to the questions, it becomes easier to recognize when they’re trying to slip one by you.

I did the Dalton course and then Kier for my intensive (or whatever it was called). Passed on first attempt.

Good luck!

Eta. I didn’t do any live courses, only books and online.
